Position Summary:
The Business Development Leader is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and supporting revenue growth for Classic Industrial Services. This role requires a proactive professional who can develop relationships, uncover client needs, promote company services, and help position Classic for lon-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and pursue new leads with timely and strategic follow-up.
Promote the full range of Classic Industrial Services offerings to prospective and existing clients.
Research organizations, planned projects, market trends, and emerging opportunites.
Research the needs of other companies and identify the decision makers.
Build rapport with potential clients and schedule meetings to develop business relationships.
Plan and support new marketing and business development initiatives.
Evaluate risks, opportunities, and overall potential of prospective business opportunities.
Attend conferences, meetings, networking events, and industry functions to represent the company.
Prepare professional presentations and sales materials.
Communicate new developments, capabilities, and service offerings to clients.
Support negotiations and help move opportunities through the sales process.
Establish sales goals and contribute to meeting or exceeding business growth targets.

This position is primarily office based and most work is done in an office environment. Occasionally, this position may require site visits to active construction sites. On a construction site, the employee may be required to climb ladders and walk in areas under construction. While on construction sites, the employee must wear proper protective equipment such as hard hat, eye and hearing protection, high visibility vest, etc. The employee must be familiar with all company safety equipment and is required to follow company safety procedures, prior to entering the construction site
