Job description

Parish Tractor is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-driven Rental Manager to lead and grow our rental department in Meridian, MS! This role oversees rental operations, fleet performance, team development, and the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day rental operations, including scheduling, contracts, and invoicing
  • Maintain and optimize rental fleet availability, utilization, and condition
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely maintenance and repairs
  • Grow rental revenue and customer retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors
  • Train, coach, and support rental team members to meet performance goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements
  • Monitor KPIs such as utilization, revenue, and equipment downtime
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in equipment rental, dealership operations, or a related industry (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Kubota equipment or similar brands is a strong plus
