FuzeHR is currently hiring a Business Development Manager for a well-established and growing custom millwork organization serving both commercial and residential markets, with a strong focus on hospitality projects, including restaurants and hotels.
We are seeking a driven sales professional with a proven track record in millwork or construction-related business development, an established industry network, and the ability to identify opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do
As the Business Development Manager, you will drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating long-term relationships within the commercial and residential construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase market share and revenue growth
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality, commercial, and residential construction sectors
  • Target restaurant groups, hotel operators, developers, architects, designers, and general contractors
  • Execute lead generation strategies and maintain an active presence within industry networks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, property owners, and key stakeholders

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of proven sales or business development experience within the construction, millwork, or related industries
  • Custom millwork experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction projects and millwork applications
  • Existing contacts and relationships within the hospitality, construction, architectural, design, or development communities are considered a strong asset
  • Demonstrated success in generating and closing new business opportunities
  • Exceptional networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits
