Looking for a motivated and coachable individual to join our growing team as a Leadership Development Associate. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build strong client service and leadership skills while developing toward future leadership responsibilities.

In this remote role, you'll work directly with clients, learn our systems and processes, develop your communication and sales skills, and receive ongoing coaching from experienced leaders. As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and develop your leadership capabilities.

This is a fully remote position offering comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path for professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual appointments with clients to understand their insurance and benefit needs.
