Summary
The Director - Business Development & Marketing sits at the intersection of strategy, growth, and brand - leading the charge on how B&D Industries wins work, builds lasting client relationships, and shows up in the market. The role requires a forward-thinking leader who thrives on driving revenue, shaping competitive positioning, and building a high-performing team aligned with B&D's mission, vision, and values. This role owns the full business development lifecycle from identifying and qualifying opportunities to crafting winning proposals and cultivating relationships that fuel long-term growth. Success in this role comes from leveraging data, technology, and relationships to drive smarter decisions and measurable outcomes.
If you're energized by building something meaningful, leading with purpose, and making a real impact in a company that values people as much as performance, this is your seat at the table.
