Job Description

In this role you will find and develop new strategic referral partners from a target rich pool of suspects. Your unique ability to connect with blue collar workers AND small business owners will be the key to your success. You will use your exceptional customer service skills to build RAVING FANS and your customers will be loyal to you because our team will deliver on your promises. Mission

Generate High-Quality Leads through acquiring and building meaningful partnerships with referral partners.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in inside or outside sales.
  • 2 to 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the restoration industry or related fields preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Luxor and Dash preferred but not required.
  • Event planning preferred not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including plumbing companies, property managers, and insurance agents.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits and check-ins with partners to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
  • Host trainings and group meetings with referral partners to share best practices, updates, and new service offerings.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, giveaways, and events.
  • Track and manage partner interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on inquiries and collaborate with the internal team to ensure partner needs are met.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
  • Participate in continuous learning and development.

Compensation for Full-time Employees:

Job Types: Full-time
Pay Rate: $60,000 - $65,000 Base Salary DOE + Commission Structure
Potential Earnings: $90,000 - $130,000/year (including salary and bonuses).
Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
