Turnwell Mental Health is a clinician-led, integrated mental health company with a mission to expand access to high-quality care in underserved markets. We have a presence in multiple states and are growing nationally. We partner with established practices and provide administrative support to mental health providers (Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Therapists, etc.). This support includes human resources, IT, legal, operational, marketing, real estate, and finance expertise to enable practitioners to focus on what matters most: patient care.
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Representative to join our team at Turnwell Mental Health Network to support the tri-cities area of Scottsdale, Tempe, and Glendale .
Requirements
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, generating leads, developing, and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals are met and exceeded. This is a field sales and will require check ins at our clinics and face to face outreach in the territory to drive referrals and business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and generating leads through effective marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
