The Role

Business Development Executive – Space & Multi-Domain RF Systems (Denver or Longmont, CO)
Join our team to expand our presence in advanced space and multi-domain RF systems supporting space, airborne, and maritime missions. This role will focus on business development for satellite antennas, RF payloads, and mission-critical RF hardware across defense, intelligence, and commercial markets. The Business Development Executive will work with prime contractors, defense agencies, and emerging space companies to deliver next-generation communications and sensing capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to shape growth in rapidly evolving multi-domain mission environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage opportunity pipelines aligned with corporate growth goals and strategic partnerships.
  • Convert pipeline opportunities to meet quarterly and annual bookings targets.
  • Lead capture strategy development for priority U.S. government programs in defense, intelligence, and civil space.
  • Direct capture teams through win strategy creation, customer engagement planning, and solution positioning.
  • Oversee competitor assessments, pricing strategy input, and proposal readiness reviews.
  • Partner closely with Program Management, and Technical Leadership to ensure pursuit alignment and bid quality.
  • Maintain trusted relationships with federal stakeholders, primes, and key subcontractors across the national security ecosystem.
  • Drive disciplined, metrics-based capture reviews and ensure adherence to internal governance processes.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5-12+ years of experience in federal business development or government contracting, ideally within aerospace, defense, or mission systems.
  • Proven track record leading successful captures $10M – 100M with agencies such as DoD, NASA, or the Intelligence Community.
  • Expertise in DoD and IC acquisition frameworks, FAR/DFARS compliance, and federal contracting strategy.
  • Strong leadership presence, executive communication skills, and ability to engage directly with senior government decision-makers.
  • Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred.
