  • Develop and distribute recurring pipeline reports, dashboards, and executive summaries that provide visibility into business development performance and forecasted opportunities.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities by tracking action items, proposal milestones, conference leads, customer engagements, and partner interactions to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor pipeline health by identifying incomplete records, stale opportunities, overdue actions, and data inconsistencies, partnering with Business Development leaders to resolve issues.
  • Standardize CRM processes and data management practices to improve reporting accuracy, forecasting consistency, and overall pipeline quality.
  • Track lead conversion metrics from conferences, marketing campaigns, partner engagements, and customer introductions to measure business development effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business development operations and ensure leadership has timely access to accurate pipeline information.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance CRM utilization, reporting efficiency, and overall business development operations.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience supporting business development operations, sales operations, CRM administration, pipeline management, revenue operations, or a related function
  • Experience maintaining CRM systems, managing opportunity pipelines, and supporting customer-facing or business development organizations
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, metrics, and executive-level presentations
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and pipeline management principles
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable CRM platform
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain highly accurate business records with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to monitor multiple opportunities, deadlines, and follow-up activities simultaneously
  • Ability to create meaningful reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document customer interactions and present information clearly

  • Ability to handle confidential customer, partner, and business information with discretion
Things That Would be Great if You Brought to the Table:
