Identify capture risks and opportunities early enough for corrective actions or investment decisions to be made. Lead or support responses to requests for information, requests for proposals, market surveys, and other formal customer solicitations. Develop and present capture plans, strategic recommendations, technology roadmaps, and investment requests to senior leadership. Support Foreign Military Sales, Direct Commercial Sales, export authorization, and international industrial participation strategies as applicable. Negotiate and influence customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in support of long-term growth objectives. Travel domestically and internationally based on customer engagement and capture requirements.
