What You'll Do

As our Business Development Representative, you'll serve as the face of Interim HealthCare throughout Southern New Hampshire, developing strategic partnerships that expand access to home healthcare services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to generate new referrals and grow existing accounts.
  • Conduct in-person sales calls, networking visits, educational presentations, and community outreach activities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand market share while promoting Interim HealthCare's full range of home healthcare services.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leadership to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales activity, referral sources, and business development efforts using CRM tools and reporting systems.
  • Represent Interim HealthCare at community events, healthcare organizations, and professional networking opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, home health, hospice, medical services, or related industries
  • Knowledge of referral sources, healthcare systems, and reimbursement models is strongly preferred
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a geographic territory
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout Southern New Hampshire
