Job Overview

Camden Financial Consultants, a leading provider of investments, insurance, and financial planning, is seeking an experienced financial sales professional to join the CFC sales team. The role involves selling investment management and other company products to prospects in a designated region, developing referral sources, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell investment management and company products and services to prospects, meeting an assigned sales goal.
  • Develop new investment management and financial planning business through internal referrals and actively follow up on outside referral sources.
  • Make prospect visits, assess financial situations, propose solutions, and close sales.
  • Provide information on estate, tax, and retirement planning, drawing on extensive knowledge of portfolio management and other areas.
  • Maintain network of referral sources for new business.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Lending, KYC, BSA, and other anti‑money‑laundering policies.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five to seven years of financial sales experience with a proven record of business development.
  • Strong sales skills, public speaking, written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business publications and regulations.
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from clients and managers.
Licenses Required
  • NASD Series7 and Series63 licenses.
  • New Hampshire State Life and Health license (preferred; covers both required and preferred).
  • Company will cover exam and testing fees; candidates able to obtain licenses will be considered.
Physical Demands & Work Environment

Regular sitting and speaking; occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Environment is moderate noise level.
