Phoenix Logistics, LLC is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, forge partnerships, and shape the future of our logistics solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, operations, and finance and who can translate customer needs into profitable, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contract conditions with prospective and existing clients to ensure mutual value.
  • Complete and submit detailed RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotations) for prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to structure deals that are both attractive to clients and profitable for the company.
  • Tailor contract language to meet client-specific requirements while safeguarding the company’s interests and compliance standards.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets, including retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Present customized warehousing and logistics solutions to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their supply chain challenges.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and service innovation.
