Position Summary

The National Director of Sales and Business Growth will be responsible for driving national business development efforts, expanding market reach, overseeing marketing initiatives, and creating strategic growth opportunities for the company.

This individual will work directly with ownership to help lead the next phase of expansion by generating new client relationships, opening doors into new industries, and building scalable sales strategies.

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new commercial construction opportunities nationwide
  • Expand company reach beyond trampoline and family entertainment facilities
  • Develop relationships with:
    • Franchise groups
    • Commercial developers
    • Retail brands
    • Hospitality groups
    • Property owners and investors
    • Entertainment and recreation operators
  • Generate leads and secure commercial remodeling and build-out projects
  • Build strategic partnerships and referral networks
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Develop scalable national sales strategies

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Oversee company marketing efforts and brand positioning
  • Manage website content and project showcases
