One of the qualifications for a career as a business continuity manager is a bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, disaster management, or a related field. Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills help you lead cross-functional teams and manage crises effectively. These skills ensure organizations can minimize disruptions, maintain operations, and recover quickly from unexpected events.
