Business Continuity Specialist

The Opportunity:
Emergencies, disruptions, and unexpected events can halt operations-but not on your watch. As a Business Continuity Specialist,you'llensure mission-critical functions keep running no matter what.This role providessenior-level continuity and emergency management support,leveragingdeep knowledge ofemergency managementandestablishedrelationships to ensure uninterrupted mission continuity.You'llsupportan Intelligence Community (IC) client inmaintaininga highly complexbusiness continuity environment and managing a unique emergency communications program.You'llcollaborate with SMEs, command centers, and external providers to develop and maintain a Casualty and Emergency Notification Program.You'llensuretimelynotifications, analyze real-time metrics, and implement sustainable improvements to enhance crisis response capabilities.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in business continuity and emergency management within the IC

  • Experience withfederal continuity directives, including FCD-1 and FCD-2, DoDI 3001.02, and government continuity plans

  • Ability to manage personnel accountability programs and massalert notificationsystems

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
