  • Ensure all DR procedures and backup environments comply with High Value Asset (HVA) security directives and federal regulatory frameworks.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and cloud teams to continuously refine recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs).

Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years of direct experience supporting DR planning, technical documentation, and routine failover testing.

  • Hands-on proficiency with enterprise backup and replication technologies, specifically EMC Data Domain and Oracle ZDLRA.

  • Practical familiarity with automated failover configurations, high-availability setups, and $2\text{N}$ redundancy designs.

  • Direct experience supporting High Value Asset (HVA) security controls and compliance requirements in DR environments.

  • Active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Technology, or other Federal IT environments.

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CBCP, EDRP, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or vendor storage certifications).

  • Knowledge of cloud-based disaster recovery practices and hybrid failover architectures.
