The Opportunity

At American Bank, we’re committed to helping our customers bank smarter through digital solutions. The Digital Banking Manager will play a key role in driving the growth, delivery, and adoption of our consumer and business banking products. This role will collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience, implement digital payment solutions, support business customers, and leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology, relationship building, and data-driven decision making to make a meaningful impact on both our customers and our organization.


Count On To:

  • Oversee, supervise, and coach the Digital Banking department, including both the consumer and business banking sides
  • Evaluate and support the emerging digital banking technologies and recommend enhancements
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and digital engagement
  • Drive debit card usage by consumers
  • Work with the New Accounts and Marketing departments on product delivery to customers
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to promote key online banking tools
  • Own strategic and operational functions of Clover, a point-of-sale program
  • Allocate team resources and digital resources to effectively serve the customers


Knowledge And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or equivalent in a related field; or four-years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives while meeting deadlines and organizational objectives
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to customers and team members
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new technologies
  • Effective organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Banking experience preferred
