Front Desk Receptionist/Business Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and compassionate individual who is interested in being a part of a dynamic team. We have a full time opening for Front Desk Receptionist/Business Assistant in our West Bloomfield office.

Root Canal Specialty Associates has over 55 years of experience in providing Endodontic care to Southeastern Michigan. We approach endodontics from every angle, setting trends that create lasting results and build strong patient experiences. Our staff are empowered to provide outstanding patient care, compassionate interactions, and provide all the knowledge and resources our patients may need to make informed decisions regarding their dental care. RCSA is one of the largest endodontic specialty practices in Michigan, with offices in Ann Arbor, Brighton, Livonia, and West Bloomfield.

A Day in the Life of a Front Desk/Business Assistant:

Your warm smile will welcome patients as an important part in the treatment process. Patients will be able to hear your smile on the phone when they schedule their appointment, and you will make lasting relationships with our referring offices just by the happy, professional person you are! You’ll obtain demographics, insurance information and other required information to enter into the patient’s electronic chart for thorough communication. Your attention to detail will help you while assist the team in creating reports, scheduling patients, verifying insurance and explaining financial matters to our patients. Your dedication and drive will help in maintaining a clean and organized environment for both patients and staff. And, your remarkable wit and jovial spirit will keep you, your colleagues, and the patients smiling from ear to ear - even if they can’t feel it for a while!

What you need to be qualified for this job:

  • Dental Receptionist experience, or a willingness to learn if you don’t!
  • Drive, dedication and commitment to working hard
  • A drive to be detailed orientated with accuracy at the forefront

  • Fabulous Computer skills

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday; Hours may vary but will be posted 2-3 weeks in advance for planning.
