The firm provides a unique opportunity to work with the best in the business, assist with projects and work in a team environment. The ideal candidate must be able to pivot quickly, be able to work collaboratively and a positive mindset. This role is a hybrid opportunity.

Job Description:

  • Provides administrative support to the CEO and team
  • Drives projects to completion
  • Supports operations functions and everything that needs to be run in the firm
  • Manages complex calendars and schedules for management
  • Handles large call volume and interact with executive business leaders in a professional manner
  • Responds and follows up on client requests
  • Coordinates all domestic travel and processes expense reports in a timely manner
  • Organizes meetings and gathers meeting materials
  • Helps with ad-hoc projects and presentations for team
  • Manages monthly invoices and payments
  • Orders supplies and keeps inventory stocked

Job Qualifications:
