Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
  • Regularly seek out new ways to improve processes and boost efficiency and value for stakeholders using Salesforce.com, the quote tool and other company solutions.
  • Collaborate with the order management team to maintain consistent alignment between systems at all times.
  • Responsible for managing departmental business processes across all lines of business to develop high-quality IT requirements, documenting those requirements into cases, and able to effectively convey clear business needs for IT projects and improvements.
  • Manages SF.com objects, libraries, product setup, pricing, and marketing description translations across all business lines.
  • Accountable for testing IT projects and enhancements to verify alignment with business requirements and the desired outcome.
  • Able to serve as the main contact to troubleshoot and resolve functionality issues for all Salesforce and quoting users.
  • Develop, publish, and maintain user documentation, quick reference guides, and work instructions; produce in-app guidance videos to enhance user engagement; and provide comprehensive user training.
  • Accountable for implementing updates to the quoting tool to ensure accurate configuration, appropriate discount thresholds, and effective control mechanisms.
  • Manages new and existing user setup for multifactor authentication and navigation preferences.
  • Notify parties of new releases, functionality in quoting tool and/or Salesforce.com
  • Apply best practices to contract management and support contract administrators globally.

Knowledge and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or a combination of education and work history
  • 2-4 years of experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation, or administration of business processing systems or equivalent education
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is highly desired
  • A good understanding of the quote to cash process would be beneficial
  • Process-oriented, accountable and trustworthy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Skills/Abilities:
  • Thrive on data and providing key business insights based on analyzing multiple data sources
  • Take initiative to identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating
  • Skilled at identifying and implementing innovative process improvements to enhance efficiency and value for stakeholders

  • Good track record of positively managing conflict

Salary and Benefits:
  • $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr depending on experience (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).
