• Lead business analysis efforts for large BI projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications. Analysis & Quality Assurance
• Perform detailed data validation and support ETL/data model design reviews.
• Develop UAT plans, coordinate testing, and verify BI deliverables meet requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and reporting standards. Collaboration & Mentorship
