Job Title Business Analyst Location Virginia Beach, VA, US Organization Name Business Intelligence Group Work Schedule and Other Information The Financial Planning and Analysis Department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support and maintain HRSD's Oracle Primavera Unifier Project Management Information System (PMIS), which supports the management and delivery of HRSD's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects. This position works closely with project managers, consultants, IT staff, and business process owners to administer and enhance Unifier business processes, support system integrations and reporting, troubleshoot technical issues, and help ensure data integrity across enterprise applications. The Business Analyst serves as a key resource for cross-departmental coordination, user support, system documentation, workflow configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives within HRSD's Unifier PMIS environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams in a collaborative environment. Brief Description Under broad guidance, the Business Analyst, in conjunction with IT staff and functional users, is responsible for maintenance of ERP system, ensuring internal and external customers' needs are met, data is valid, and auditable. • Training in Advanced Excel or data systems Desired
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Systems Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or approved equivalent
Experience

• Three years' experience in data system maintenance and technical support Desired
• Exposure to the Oracle E-Business Suite
• Three years of related experience in the analysis and application of user needs with system process related to one or more of the following business functions: accounting, general ledger, human resources, procurement, payroll, or project
management
Licenses and Certifications Requirements
• Valid Driver's License from state of residence
