Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Department(s): Project Management- Technical Operations

Reports to: Sr. Project Manager

General Purpose of the Job:

The Project Manager is TEAM’s primary customer contact along with being responsible for all contractual matters while coordinating with all departments to assure timely completion of the contract.

Summary of Major Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Communications with customers regarding project status, impact notifications and customer service.

  • Contract administration.

  • Coordinating, scheduling, and expediting departments within TEAM.

  • Subcontract administration

  • Monitoring and predicting financial progress of a project.

  • Invoicing/change order review.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

  • Conducts work safely and follows all safety procedures. Rejects work that is not safe and discusses the situation with supervisor.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or university; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of calculus and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

  • Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and explain extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
