POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in advancing Rosenbauer's dealer network and sales organization through actionable data, business intelligence, and performance insights. This position will support the Sales team and dealer partners by creating performance scorecards, developing reporting tools, and standardizing metrics across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to build new systems, tools, and analytic frameworks from the ground up and make a meaningful impact on organizational strategy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Deliver actionable data and business intelligence to support Sales leadership and RSMs.
  2. Develop and maintain dealer performance scorecards, benchmarking tools, and KPI dashboards.
  3. Provide insights and recommendations that enhance forecasting accuracy and territory strategy.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally to data-mine, validate, and standardize business metrics.
  5. Establish consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards across all departments.
  6. Improve data quality, flows, and system integrations with IT and operational teams.
  7. Build reporting processes, dashboards, and analytical frameworks from scratch.
  8. Develop self-service views, Power BI dashboards, and executive scorecards.
  9. Identify gaps in data, reporting, and systems and recommend practical solutions.
  10. Support sales planning and forecasting through detailed analytics and scenario modeling.
  11. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across dealer performance and market conditions.
  12. Assist in organizational goal-setting and resource planning with data-driven insights.

Knowledge, Education, and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or sales operations required.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or sales operations preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, dealer networks, or field sales required.
  • Previous experience using reporting packages (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) databases (SQL based ERP System-Sage 500), advanced Excel and programming required.
