Senior Business Analyst-Microsoft 365 Entra and Intune

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support a large-scale Microsoft 365ย ย  implementation initiative for a major enterprise environment in the North Dallas area. This is a w-2 contract (hybrid: 3 days per week onsite).

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, security/governance groups, and project leadership to help coordinate and support the various phases of the implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis and project coordination skills, along with a general understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a functional or techno-functional professional who understands enterprise software implementations but does not necessarily need deep hands-on technical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of a large Microsoft 365 implementation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather business and technical requirements
  • Help track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
  • Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, and leadership stakeholders
  • Support meetings, documentation, status reporting, and implementation activities
  • Assist with governance, compliance, data management, and organizational readiness initiatives related to Microsoft Copilot adoption
  • Coordinate testing activities, user feedback, and rollout support
  • Help ensure project timelines and objectives remain on track

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years experience of IT Business Systems analysis experience working as a Business Analyst. Some project management experience is a plus.
  • General understanding of Microsoft 365 environments and implementation lifecycles
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Entra, or related Microsoft cloud/governance technologies
  • Experience supporting large enterprise software implementation or migration projects
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the North Dallas area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Microsoft security, governance, compliance, or collaboration initiatives
  • Exposure to data governance, records management, information protection, or compliance programs
  • Experience working within large enterprise or highly regulated environments
  • Agile or hybrid project methodology experience

This is a relatively long-term contract opportunity with a stable enterprise environment and high visibility initiative involving emerging Microsoft AI and governance technologies.
