What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

Analyze business needs and implement IT concepts and perform service activities involving application, software, and connectivity problems requiring on-site customer support. Transfer business requirements into IT concepts and implement those into SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Logistics Execution System (LES). Provide support for logistics systems and processes including inbound, put-away, picking, packing, outbound, value-added services, and transportation functionalities. Resolve application, system and configuration issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Manage and monitor system communication and interfaces. Perform test management activities including, but not limited to, creating test scenarios, cases, and scripts, as well as executing unit testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, optimize, and deliver efficient and scalable logistics solutions. EOE

Your profile:

Must have Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the position offered, as a Software Engineer, or in a related position. Must have three (3) years of experience with all of the following: Leading and supporting the implementation of logistics business solutions using SAP Inventory Management (IM), WM-LES, EWM, and Transportation management; Configuring SAP EWM and WM-LES modules by translating business requirements into IT concepts; Implementing IT concepts in system using standard SAP customizing, including SPRO, and creating technical specifications for developers (when needed) following the SDLC; Managing technical and business cutover and supporting business go-lives and hyper care phases during implementations; Designing and managing integration between SAP (including WM, EWM, ECC, SD, MM, and TM) and non-SAP systems (including RF devices, RFID, printers, 3PL, and carriers) using interface technologies including IDoc, ALE, CIF, RFC, XML, and BAPI to ensure seamless data and process flow; Ensuring thorough validation of logistics applications and interfaces throughout the testing lifecycle, including test planning and unit, functional, integration, and regression testing, using platforms including Azure DevOps, HPQC, and Tosca; Providing IT support for logistics operations processes including inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, value-added services (VAS), outbound shipping, inventory control, and transportation management; and Performing root cause analysis and implementing effective IT-based solutions.
