Location: Durham, NC

Conga (Apttus) CPQ Consultant / Business Analyst - Quote-to-Cash
Labcorp is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) - Quote-to-Cash to support and enhance our enterprise Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, including Conga (Apttus) CPQ, Salesforce, PeopleSoft Billing, and SAP HANA reporting. This role supports end-to-end Order-to-Cash functionality across quotation, billing, revenue, and reporting workflows for a platform managing over a billion dollars in annual revenue.
Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to support the full customer lifecycle, including proposal creation, quotation, billing, and cash application.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into rules supporting proposal, billing, invoicing, and revenue workflows.
  • Support technology and system implementations, process analysis, and operational initiatives across Quote-to-Cash systems.
  • Serve as a trusted SME for Sales Operations and Q2C escalations; collaborate closely with operations, development, middleware, and global teams (US & India).
  • Advise business partners on best practices, available tools, and process optimization opportunities.
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase accuracy, completeness, and consistency across Q2C processes.
  • Develop and enhance features in Conga CPQ on the Salesforce platform, including bug fixes, deployments, test class coverage, and end-to-end enhancements.
  • Provide functional support for SAP HANA reporting related to billing and quotation data from PeopleSoft and CPQ.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional discussions.
  • Support workflow, proposal management, and billing processes within CPQ and related systems.

Minimum Qualifications
  • BS degree.
  • 2 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting cash-to-quote, billing, or proposal management workflows.
  • 3 or more years of experience working in billing or proposal management within CPQ or a similar cash-to-quote system.
  • Experience using bill rates to facilitate code approval.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MS degree.
  • 2 or more years of experience supporting revenue management in the SAP HANA platform.
  • 1 or more years of experience supporting billing or revenue workflows in a laboratory or medical environment.

Additional Job Standards
  • Strong functional knowledge of proposal management and workflow within cash-to-quote systems.
  • Strong Agile project management skills.
  • Understanding of proposal, invoicing, and cash-to-quote processes.
  • Ability to think independently and evaluate cross-functional and downstream impacts.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues.

Pay Range: 90,000-140,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
