Responsibilities may include:
Teacher (including substitute teacher positions):

  • Following lesson plans and instructions left by the regular classroom teacher.
  • Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Managing student behavior and ensuring student safety.
  • Adhering to all school policies and procedures.
  • Artistic Instruction, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Music Instruction.


Substitute Teacher Aide/Paraprofessional:

  • Assisting a teacher with classroom management and instruction.
  • Providing one-on-one or small-group support to students.
  • Supervising students in the classroom, on the playground, or during lunch.


Other Potential Roles:

  • Substitute School Nurse
  • Before and Aftercare program support
  • Office / Front Desk Support
  • Bus Drivers


Qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, especially for substitute teacher roles.
