At National Trails, our Bus Drivers are an integral part of the communities we serve. We are committed to safety, customer service and have a genuine, caring attitudes for children. We are your friends, family, and neighbors - come join our Team!
We are in need of School Bus Drivers for the upcoming 2026-2027 School Year. $25.00 Per Hour to Start! Daily 6 Hour Pay Guarantee!
  • Responsible for the safe and reliable transportation of students; including all duties connected to operating a school bus per all applicable client district policies & state/federal laws
  • Ability to manage and maintain all students on the bus in a calm and safe manner
  • Conduct all pre-trip and post-trip inspections as required
  • Report to duty on time and maintain route on time and in a safe manner
  • Physically assist passengers in evacuation of the vehicle in case of emergency
  • Inform all appropriate personnel of problems/procedures/incidents
  • Complete all required paperwork (including route change sheets, timecards, vehicle repair requests)
  • Keep the interior of the assigned vehicle clean and presentable
  • Present a neat and professional personal appearance at all times
  • Maintain a professional attitude with parents, students, other staff members, fellow employees, supervisors, customers, and passengers
  • Safely and efficiently utilizes vehicle equipment, including wheelchair lifts, radios and emergency equipment
