As a Bullpen Catcher, your primary responsibilities include catching warmup pitches for relief pitchers during games and practices, assisting with pitcher routines, and helping coaches run drills and monitor pitcher performance. You’ll also help prepare equipment, set up the bullpen area, and occasionally assist with batting practice or other team activities as needed.
