Founded in 1996, Bullfrog International is headquartered in the greater Salt Lake City, Utah metro area.Job OverviewBullfrog Spas has a great opportunity at our Elgin, IL Factory Store location to seek a career minded leader to support the retail sales team objectives and day to day activities with a highly professional service encompassing floor management, team supervision and stock and display management, to ensure smooth running of all designated operations and to support a culture of continuous improvement. This position will require a person with strong analytical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and exceptional customer service skills.Responsibilities for Store ManagerSet sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as neededRun special events in-store as well as arrange and plan off-site events for additional sales opportunity.Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement themUndertake customer service, sales activities and any floor activities as required to ensure service standards are always met and sales opportunities maximizedAlways keep an awareness for security issues and safety of personnelConduct team huddles to keep your team aware of any changes or anything newEnsure banking is up to date and all cash requirements are metDevelop individual quotas and assign leads for team membersProvide detailed and accurate sales forecastsCoach, mentor, and provide feedback to team membersFoster a competitive yet collaborative team environmentAssess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as neededRecruit, hire, and train sales team Upkeep, maintenance and presentation of store QualificationsDemonstrates professional manner, as well as high level of interpersonal skills to handle time-sensitive, confidential and stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.
