Front End Loader Operator
Location: Houston, TX 77015
Pay Rate: $18 - $19 per hour DOE
Position Type: Contract to full-time hire
Shift: Rotation shifts - flexibility to work across shifts is required
Position Overview:
Integrity Trade Services is seeking a skilled Front End Loader Operator on Houston's East side to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on professionals looking to advance their careers in the heavy equipment and construction industry. You will be vital in supporting quarry operations, material handling, and site maintenance, ensuring efficient and safe operations across multiple shift schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Must have experience with a 938M Loader
  • Operate front end loaders and other heavy machinery under supervision to transport materials within designated areas efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough pre-shift inspections of equipment, including checking fuel, water, oil levels, brakes, hydraulics, and greasing the bucket. Report any deficiencies immediately.
  • Move bulk materials such as crude ore from stockpiles to crusher feed hoppers, and blend materials as directed by plant management.
  • Load bulk trucks using computerized scales and loading systems, ensuring accurate and safe loading practices.
  • Inspect the crushing circuit at the beginning of each shift, verifying all safety guards are in place and equipment operates correctly, while monitoring during operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance or other production tasks as needed, supporting team efforts.
  • Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety meetings, always prioritizing a safe work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience operating front end loaders and backhoes.
  • Proven forklift operating experience.
  • Strong understanding of equipment maintenance, safety procedures, and proper rigging techniques.
  • Ability to interpret instructions, read material paperwork, and communicate effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass all necessary safety and background screenings.
