Job Title: Lot Manager – Willis Buildings (Crawfordville, FL)

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Lot Manager to lead our Moultrie location. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience who wants high earning potential and the opportunity to take ownership of a growing dealership.

You’ll be responsible for generating sales, managing the lot, and delivering an excellent customer experience—while building long-term relationships and consistently hitting performance goals.


Work Schedule

  • Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Mondays required until monthly location sales reach $50,000


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of portable buildings, metal buildings, and pole barns
  • Manage and maintain dealership lot appearance and organization
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through consistent follow-up
  • Track leads, quotes, and sales activity using CRM software
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Provide a professional, knowledgeable buying experience for every customer


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in portable buildings, metal structures, or related sales (preferred)
  • Strong sales mindset with a motivation to earn commission-based income
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, follow up, and close deals effectively
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license
