Position Overview

The Fleet Account Sales Representative will identify, approach, and close local businesses with multiple vehicles and enroll them in our monthly fleet wash and auto body programs.

This is an outside sales role. You will be prospecting in person, building relationships, and closing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person prospecting (door-to-door B2B outreach)
 • Present fleet wash pricing and value proposition
 • Build relationships with local business owners
 • Close new fleet accounts
 • Track leads and follow up consistently
 • Meet monthly vehicle enrollment targets


Compensation Structure

Commission paid per closed account.

Compensation example:

• $10–$30 per vehicle enrolled
• Performance bonuses for volume milestones
• Top performers can realistically earn $3,000–$10,000+ per month

No cap on earnings.

Commission paid after first successful billing cycle.
