Hotel Sales Manager – EVEN Hotels by IHG Sarasota Lakewood Ranch and Fairfield Inn and Suites Sarasota Lakewood Ranch.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The Hotel Sales Manager for EVEN Hotel and Fairfield Inn & Suites is responsible for generating revenue by developing business across corporate, group, meeting, and event segments for both properties. This sales professional builds and strengthens client relationships, proactively identifies new business opportunities, and develops strategies to increase market share and hotel performance. Working closely with hotel operations, revenue management, marketing, and guest services teams, the Sales Manager helps ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry through arrival and event execution. Success in this role requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, and relationship-building skills, along with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.

The Hotel Sales Manager manages the day-to-day sales efforts for both hotels, including prospecting, account development, client outreach, site tours, proposals, contracts, group coordination, and follow-up. The role maintains accurate sales activity and account records, monitors local market and competitor activity, develops partnerships within the community, and collaborates with hotel teams to successfully execute group and client needs. The Sales Manager is expected to consistently work toward established revenue and sales goals while professionally representing EVEN Hotel and Fairfield Inn & Suites and upholding the standards of each brand.

Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or related fields. Strong knowledge of group sales, event planning, and revenue generation strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office applications. This role plays a critical part in enhancing hotel performance, growing market share, and delivering exceptional service that reflects the EVEN Hotels and Fairfield brand experience.
