Job description

Joining Collibra's Services Operations team
Collibra's Professional Services and Customer Engineering teams help our customers realize the full value of data intelligence - and the operational backbone behind those teams is what makes consistent, scalable delivery possible. We're hiring a Sales Operations Manager to design and own the Salesforce processes, reporting infrastructure, and capacity planning that allow Services to scale globally. You'll report directly to Taylor Barr and partner closely with senior leaders across Services and Customer Engineering.
This role lives one of our core values - our customers are our true north. The systems and processes you build translate directly into faster onboarding, more predictable project delivery, and clearer outcomes for the customers we serve.
This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office. Our hybrid model means you'll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.
Sales Operations Managers at Collibra are responsible for
  • Serving as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert for the Services organization, owning both front-end (page layouts, fields) and back-end (custom objects, advanced Flows) configuration in order to support scalable, repeatable operations
  • Designing and deploying repeatable Salesforce processes tailored for an enterprise SaaS professional services environment in order to improve forecast accuracy, utilization tracking, and project health visibility
  • Leading cross-functional projects independently from inception through completion in order to deliver on operational priorities set by senior leadership across Services and Customer Engineering
  • Collaborating with BI Analysts to maintain a clean Salesforce data foundation in order to ensure all Services activity is accurately reflected in executive reporting and downstream business intelligence
  • Identifying and resolving process bottlenecks across the implementation and consulting lifecycle in order to accelerate project delivery and reduce manual overhead for Services leadership
You have
  • 5+ years of operations experience within a SaaS, professional services, or consulting organization
  • Hands-on technical experience configuring Salesforce, including Flow Builder, custom object modeling, and advanced reporting
  • Experience building and scaling operational workflows for professional services teams
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
You are
  • Analytically minded - you understand how CRM architecture impacts downstream business intelligence and data visualization, and you translate operational data into clear insight
  • A confident communicator with executive presence - you influence at the leadership level and clearly articulate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
  • Self-directed - you manage complex projects independently while navigating a cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Familiar with applying Professional Services Automation (PSA) software integrated with Salesforce (Certinia / FinancialForce preferred)
  • Familiar with the data intelligence or data governance industry; a Salesforce certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder) is considered a plus
Measures of success
  • Within your first month, you will complete a comprehensive assessment of the Services Salesforce ecosystem - including project tracking, utilization reporting, and forecasting accuracy - and identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve billable utilization visibility, data integrity, and capacity planning.
  • Within your third month, you will implement standardized Salesforce processes that improve visibility into billable vs. non-billable utilization, resource allocation, and project health, enabling leaders to make more informed decisions on staffing and delivery. Early improvements in forecast consistency and utilization tracking should be evident.
  • Within your sixth month, you will drive measurable improvements in core Services KPIs - including improved billable utilization tracking and reporting consistency, enhanced visibility into project margins and delivery performance, and a reduction in manual processes and operational overhead for Services leadership.
  • Within your first year, you will establish a scalable operational foundation that enables consistent and predictable resource capacity planning across regions, improved billable utilization and margin performance through better allocation and insights, and faster, more efficient project delivery cycles driven by streamlined processes and reduced friction.
Compensation for this role
The standard base salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $145,000.00per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
