Job description

Director of Facilities & Workplace Experience

Corporate Headquarters

12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158

Uline is opening a NEW state-of-the-art building at our Corporate Headquarters and we're looking for a Director of Facilities & Workplace Experience to elevate the workplace experience across our HQ buildings.

You'll lead a large, diverse team spanning facilities operations, building interiors, landscaping, fitness centers and our on site cafés to deliver a first-class workplace experience reflecting Uline's commitment to cleanliness, safety and excellence - inside and out!

Position Responsibilities

  • Direct daily Corporate building operations, ensuring Uline's quality and performance standards are met.

  • Oversee a Facilities team of 150+ employees to foster a positive culture and ensure efficient operations.

  • Conduct facilities audits and work with managers to resolve any issues to ensure campuses are in top shape.

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors supporting custodial, food services, landscaping, FF&E and facility projects.

  • Develop budgets and reports to shape long-term strategy for facility projects and operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 10+ years of experience managing facilities teams.

  • Experience managing large corporate offices, grounds, food service, etc.

  • Finance or Accounting knowledge a plus.
