Job Summary:

The Facility and Building Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's facilities. This includes overseeing maintenance and repairs, managing vendor contracts, supervising maintenance and janitorial staff, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. The Facility and Building Manager will also develop and implement emergency procedures, manage the facilities budget, coordinate renovations and construction projects, and ensure the safety and security of the building.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repairs of the building and its systems
  • Manage contracts with vendors and service providers
  • Develop and implement emergency procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
  • Manage the budget for facilities management and maintenance
