Building Maintenance Mechanic - HVAC License (Waterbury, CT)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Individual will perform skilled maintenance, installation and repair work on buildings and building equipment.

Duties include:
Perform scheduled tests and inspections;
Determining necessary work on building equipment and fixtures including but not limited to HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, electronic controls, compressed air systems, water cooled chillers, DDC building automation systems, DX systems and commercial kitchen equipment.

Performing skilled work in connection with the installation, removal, operations and maintenance of the buildings, building equipment and other related physical plant.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Five years related experience in Mechanical / HVAC system maintenance in a Commercial / Industrial environment required.

Individuals must have CT / S-1 or S-2 license
