  • Support end-to-end implementation activities, including discovery, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and functional solutions.
  • Configure Workforce Management modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Personas, Business Structure, and Attendance.
  • Contribute to requirements documentation, functional designs, configuration documentation, and testing activities.
  • Troubleshoot system and configuration issues during implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders across multiple project workstreams.
  • Manage multiple client engagements and deliverables within a consulting environment.
  • Provide best-practice recommendations and functional guidance to help clients optimize their UKG WFM solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and implementation discussions.
  • Maintain strong UKG product knowledge through ongoing training, certification, and continuous learning.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Workforce Management or Time & Attendance systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with UKG WFM, UKG Pro WFM, and/or UKG Dimensions is highly preferred and considered a core requirement.
  • Experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) is highly relevant and will be considered, particularly for candidates with strong WFM implementation experience.
  • Experience with UKG UTA (Ultimate Time & Attendance) or other legacy UKG timekeeping platforms is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support for Workforce Management implementations.
  • Experience configuring modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Personas, Business Structure, and/or Attendance.
  • Client-facing implementation, consulting, or solution delivery experience within an HCM/WFM environment.
  • Experience leading a module, workstream, or significant portion of an implementation project.
  • Strong understanding of Workforce Management concepts, including timekeeping rules, pay rules, schedules, accruals, attendance, and employee data structures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed project teams.
  • Willingness to participate in UKG product training, certification programs, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Contractor readiness: Willingness and ability to engage on a contract basis when a suitable client opportunity becomes available.
  • Availability: Clearly defined current or upcoming availability, including expected notice period and potential start date for contract engagements.
  • Ability to commit to agreed project schedules and deliverables once assigned to a client engagement.
  • For US and Canada candidates: Ability to travel for client engagements as needed, up to 10%.
  • For Philippines candidates: Remote position; travel is not required.
  • Candidates must have valid authorization to work in their respective country. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to Have
