Job description

Automotive group in the greater Pittsburgh metropolitan area is searching for a facility maintenance assistant to care for 6 buildings / properties.

Essential Duties:

- Assist in performing general commercial building maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks as required for up to 6 locations.

Minimum Requirements:

- Working knowledge of electrical systems, wall repair, painting, carpentry, and plumbing

- Detail oriented and demonstrate and willingness to learn and solve problems

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Must be able to work outdoors and indoors

- Must be able to perform heavy and / or physical work – regularly required to walk, move objects using pallet jacks or dollies, climbing, lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and more than 50 pounds with assistance. Required to kneel, stoop, bend, crouch or crawl.

- Must pass a pre-employment screening, background check, and drug test
