Job description

HVAC Energy Modeler position with a large mechanical construction company We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth. Responsibilities: Analysis of whole building energy, and passive building systems solutions.

Manage life cycle cost analysis, report writing, and all data visualization and analytics. Assessment in underlining building physics surrounding energy thermal comfort, airflow, and air quality. Requirements: Local Stable work history.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Architectural engineering. Strong knowledge in Energy Plus, aQuest, IES, and modeling protocols (ASHRAE 90, Seattle Energy Code c407, 1Appendix G, or similar). Experience with programming/scripting, Revit MEP, BIM/3D modeling, LEED, and daylighting experience a plus.

As well as combining sustainable design methods in building and developing a low carbon infrastructure solutions.
