Job description

Job Description
As a Field Service Technician I for Honeywell Technologies, you will play a critical role in delivering expert technical service and support to our customers in all areas of the business including HVAC Controls, Security and Fire Alarm systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex building automation systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to our Senior Field Service Supervisor and you'll work out of our Miami, FL location on an On-site work schedule.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Honeywell building automation systems and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and maximize system performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions based on field experience.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 1 or more years of experience in field service or technical support roles
  • Knowledge of HVAC, Computer Systems, and Electrical troubleshooting techniques.
