HVAC Service Sales and Building Automaton Sales Account executives

My client's business included HVAC Mechanical Contracting and Building Automation. Looking for Sales Representatives on both the HVAC Service Sales side and the Building Automation division. On the Building Automation end need:

  • Hard requirements: 5-7 years minimum in BAS industry. Has been in sales multiple years.
    • Some experience with Tridium Niagara, Distech, Honeywell, Johnson. Product Agnostic. Open protocol systems. BacNet, Modbus

On the HVAC Service Sales end need:

  • Inside Sales / Service Sales
  • 90% office/10% in field; generally 8am-5pm
  • Selling repairs to commercial mechanical equipment – time & materials
  • Quoting stuff under $10k, times a bit more but not $50k
  • Day to Day: Come in, check into BuildOps (software), what has been generated by techs and start generating quotes.
  • Need to have some previous experience as technician
  • Good with Excel (no pivot tables or VLookup experience needed
