Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Showroom Manager

The Opportunity

This is not a passive management role. You will own the full operation of your showroom — the team, the client experience, the sales results, and the physical space. You will be the standard-setter and the culture carrier for your location, accountable directly to executive leadership for performance across multiple dimensions.

The right person for this role gets energy from developing people, holds the line on standards without being told to, and sees the showroom as their own business to grow. If you’ve managed a LUXURY showroom, retail, or other luxury sales environment and you’re ready to step into a role with real ownership and real earning upside, this is it.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership & Employee Management
  2. Sales Performance & Pipeline Management
  3. CRM Discipline & Operations Compliance
  4. Quarterly Performance Reviews & Goal Setting
  5. Customer Service Excellence
  6. Showroom Standards & Presentation
  7. Executive Reporting

Who We Are Looking For
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury showroom, retail, or luxury product sales management
  • Demonstrated track record of leading and developing a sales team of 5 or more people
  • Experience managing to revenue targets and holding a team accountable to individual goals
  • Comfortable working in a high-ticket, specification-driven sales environment
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and a demonstrated ability to enforce process across a team
  • Experience presenting performance data to senior leadership on a regular cadence

Preferred Background
  • Background in kitchen, bath, appliances, lighting, flooring, or related luxury home products
  • Familiarity with the designer, contractor, and builder client segments
  • Experience with ERP or showroom management systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)
  • Established relationships within the Houston design and construction community

What Success Looks Like
  • Your team consistently hits their individual targets — and when they don’t, you already know why and what’s being done about it
  • Your showroom floor looks exceptional every day without someone telling you it needs to
  • Clients leave your location feeling like they received the best service they’ve ever gotten
  • Your CRM is clean, your pipeline is real, and your monthly report tells a clear story
  • Executive leadership hears about problems from you first, not from clients or staff

Work Environment & Schedule
  • Full-time, on-site at your assigned showroom location
  • Professional dress code consistent with a luxury retail environment
  • Occasional attendance at trade events, vendor days, and company meetings
  • Some travel between showroom locations may be required

How to Apply

If this sounds like the role you’ve been looking for, we want to hear from you. Please submit the following:

  • Your resume highlighting relevant management and sales leadership experience
  • A brief cover letter (email is fine) describing the team you managed, the results you drove, and why this role is the right next step for you

We review applications on a rolling basis and will be in touch promptly with candidates whose background is a strong match.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years experience in LUXURY PRODUCT product sales management
  • Demonstrated track record of leading and developing a sales team of 3 or more people
  • Experience managing to revenue targets and holding a team accountable to individual goals
  • Experience presenting performance data to senior leadership on a regular cadence
