As Sales Director, your day starts with refining sales strategies to align with company goals. You lead your team with motivational guidance, foster relationships with key clients and partners, and identify new business opportunities.

You analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment. You prepare performance reports for senior management and continuously assess sales processes, looking for ways to boost efficiency and effectiveness.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales
  • 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
