Job Description
Looking for a developer/technologist that loves working in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment to join our DevOps team as a Staff, Build and Release Engineer.
Candidate should be highly energetic, willing to learn and adopt new technology, passionate about automation, and have a curious mind for all things build and release.
* Support and improve our tools for continuous integration, automated testing and release management.
* Design and implement automation strategies to create a stable environment and generate repeatable results.
* Design and develop tools to help automate build release processes.
Qualifications
* 2+ Years of DevOps, Software, or Build and Release Engineering experience
* Passionate about automation
* Containerization or Cloud technology experience
* Scripting experience: shell, perl, ruby, python, or others
* Efficient with continuous integration tool: Electric Cloud, Jenkins, Bamboo, or other
* Familiarity of build management tools: make, maven, etc
* Familiarity with version control system and its different branching methods - preferably git
* Strong Linux and system administration
* Software development background a bonus
* Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
