Salesforce Administrator / Developer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator / Developer with 8+ years of experience to own Salesforce platform administration while driving development, automation, and integrations. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Business Operations to scale CRM capabilities, enable sales initiatives, and support customer-facing workflows in a complex Salesforce environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce administration expertise, strong development skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration (60%)

  • Own Salesforce org administration, security model, data architecture, and system configuration
  • Design and maintain scalable objects, fields, record types, validation rules, and page layouts
  • Lead data governance, system health, adoption, and ongoing platform optimization
  • Own release management, UAT coordination, and production deployments
  • Build advanced reports and dashboards; serve as escalation point for complex issues
  • Define and document Salesforce standards and best practices

Salesforce Development (40%)

  • Design and implement complex Flows, approval processes, and automation frameworks
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processes, and Lightning Web Components
  • Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
  • Optimize code and automation for performance and scalability; conduct code reviews

Sales & Customer Support Enablement

  • Partner with Sales and Support teams on pipeline, forecasting, case management, SLAs, and escalations
  • Enable sales initiatives through CRM enhancements, automation, and reporting
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and drive user adoption

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across administration and development
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce security, configuration, data modeling, Apex, LWC, and Flows
  • Experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in enterprise environments
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and cross-system workflows
  • Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and end-to-end ownership mindset

Preferred

  • Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications
  • Experience working in Agile teams with CI/CD and source control tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Flosum. Hands-on experience with Gearset is highly preferred.
