When you join Caterpillar, you're joining a global team who cares not just about the work we do - but also about each other. We are the makers, problem solvers, and future world builders who are creating stronger, more sustainable communities. • Create and maintain technical documentation; develop and execute unit tests; and ensure compliance with coding standards, source control procedures, enterprise processes, and change management requirements.
  • Perform release activities across multiple servers while ensuring compliance with enterprise release management, change control, security, and governance processes.
  • Provide ongoing production support for Oracle CPQ and integrations by troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring system stability, reliability, availability, and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, accountability, collaboration, and a team-first mindset to achieve delivery objectives.
Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years with release management and change management experience.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive outcomes, including responding to production related outages and issues.
  • Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts.
  • Solid presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to interact with the various levels of management.
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependence.
  • Proven record of delivering within deadlines.
  • Initiative-taking and proactive.
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Must be a team player.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of demonstrated Web & Front-End development (HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, and CSS) experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Web services (SOAP and REST), BML, Apache ASP, and custom API development experience.
